Upon opening our doors in Tokyo, our first thought was, 'How can we become a part of this city?' Rather than chasing trends, we wanted to create a space where the flow of time could naturally accumulate. The warmth of wood and the minimalist design blend together to provide a comfortable sanctuary for all who visit. The small wagashi (Japanese confections) served with our coffee comes from a 100 year old wagashi shop nearby KORUMORI Tokyo represents our first attempt to create localized branch with modernity and tradition, we hope KORUMORI Tokyo becomes a beloved coffee house. Starting from a small roastery in Seoul, KORUMORI, which has colored the alleyways of Tokyo and the streets of New York, is now beginning a new journey toward a wider world. Today, we are the first to unveil KORUMORI’s future to you through store sketches that capture this exciting beginning. Each sketch contains KORUMORI’s unique philosophy about coffee, as well as our deep consideration to capture the culture and color of each city. We are not simply increasing the number of stores, we aim to plant KORUMORI’s special moments in the diverse daily lives of people around the world. We are in the process of turning these sketches into a reality.
